My journey began when I was just starting out, facing a boss who made me feel undervalued and overwhelmed. That early experience set me on a path to understand workplace behaviour, and eventually, to discover the power of emotional intelligence.
It was during my training to become a Certified Practitioner with Genos International that I realised how much that “bad boss” had shaped me. He’d become my trigger. I knew I never wanted to be that kind of leader and I never wanted anyone else to have to endure it.
That’s why I founded HR Culture and Dare2Care. With HR Culture, I help small and medium-sized businesses build thriving, people-first workplaces. And with Dare2Care, I empower leaders and teams to strengthen their emotional intelligence, improve communication, and create a culture where everyone can succeed.
