Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be offered where required under Australian Consumer Law, but in most cases we’ll provide a replacement or store credit to keep things simple and stress-free. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ll make it good:

Damaged or faulty items

If your journal, card deck, or bundle arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit - whichever works best for you.

Can I change my mind?

Because we’re a small business creating limited edition products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully, and if you’re unsure, reach out before you order.

Gifts

If you’ve received a Luxe Gift Bundle (lucky you!) and something’s not right, the person who purchased it can contact us directly, or you can get in touch with your order details. We’ll make sure you’re looked after.
